We (@alaga_ng) are A contemporary Furniture and interior design outfit in Lagos, Nigeria. We are dedicated to telling African stories with the elements of space.

Alága (verb) is a word which literally means ‘Chairperson’ in Yoruba language. Alága is an abridgement of the word Ága which could mean Furniture or Chair. This name reflects and gives identity to the type of furniture we intend to produce African inspired contemporary furniture.

The essential needs of man have been highlighted over time to be Food, Shelter and Clothing. Furniture being a subset of shelter is very essential to every man, and Alága Collections was birthed to give out these essential subset in the most stylish and affordable ways possible.

Alága is a furniture and interior design company that tells African stories with furniture and other elements of space. We work with the best of materials from all over Nigeria and Africa as a whole to give comfort, beauty and a story to tell
